spacesheep

Optional. We recommend its free plan, and Pro when you run without Orca.

Decision pages you answer from your phone, the project board, the Session tab. regatta never needs it: every decision can be answered on GitHub or on your own Mac, and the board runs locally.

What it brings, by module

keelA document that asks you for decisions becomes a spacesheep page. Read it, comment, and answer each question in place, from a phone too. The answers come back to the project as a commit, with the name of whoever saved them.
keelThe lookout checks the pages every 15 minutes. A new answer or comment is pointed out to the session that wrote the document, once.
helmThe project board, six columns and a timeline, as a page per plan, updated on each report.
helmThe Session tab and Talk: a message you type reaches a running session, and a run nobody is watching sends its question to the session in charge of it. Private repositories and confidential projects are filtered out on the Mac before anything leaves it.

Free plan

  • Private, link-only or public pages, with comments, reactions and version history.
  • 400 publishes a day, 500 MB a day; 200 files and 25 MB per deploy.
  • Enough for keel's pages and helm's board. helm counts its publishes and stops redeploying the board at 75 % of its machine's share of the daily cap, so keel's pages keep the rest, and the board says when it has paused.
  • Session hooks and Streams are not in the free plan, so no Session tab and no live board.
  • Pro $4.50 a month

    • Session hooks for Claude Code: the Session tab, Talk and the session reports run on them.
    • sheepfold, our VS Code and Cursor extension, runs on the same hooks: every session you have in one sidebar, grouped by project, the ones waiting for you first, a click away in Claude Code. It needs Pro or above; on the free plan it shows nothing. Free, on the VS Code Marketplace and Open VSX.
    • 2,000 publishes a day, 4 GB a day; 12,000 files and 2 GB per deploy.
    • Our pick when you run without Orca: the Session tab and Talk carry what Orca's pairing and messaging would.
  • Max $9 a month

    • Streams: helm's board goes live, fed as things happen, instead of a redeploy on each report.
  • Team $10 a member a month

    • Max for every member, shared in one place. regatta uses nothing Team adds.

Without it

  • keel hands you each document as a GitHub link: answer in GitHub's editor, and the answers are a commit like any other. Or keel serves the same form on your own Mac.
  • helm's board is served on your Mac.
  • A run nobody is watching sends its question through Claude Code itself or a file, instead of Talk.
